Otto was the first to teach the 5Rhythms in Europe. He had the full blessing and permission of Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms. Before that, he was one of her closest students from 1978 to 1984, a founding member of her musical and ritual drama group The Mirrors and an associate of the Moving Center School's creative leadership team. In 1986, Otto moved from New York City to Germany and began offering his own work, which he christened Human Holographics®. This combines the dynamic 5Rhythm movement work with shamanism, mysticism and practical personality development.

Monika got to know the 5Rhythms in the 90s in Otto's seminars in Zurich. For many years she was a participant in his advanced group and assisted him in his workshops. In 2014, she successfully completed her training as an authorized and certified 5Rhythms Teacher in the USA.

Together they will accompany you in the process of combining your specific inner states of being with the different outer rhythms of movement. You will get to know possibilities of how to influence body, mind and soul in a targeted way, so that your palette in dealing with daily challenges expands sustainably and you gain access to your deepest resources. Join in and your life will become a conscious dance full of freedom, fulfillment and pleasure.

Fri.: 7:30pm-10:00pm
Sat.: 10:00am-6:00pm
Sun. 10:00am-5:00pm

• Lunch: If you like, you can bring your lunch with you, on Sunday you can also bring something to share with everyone. There are also many small restaurants nearby.

Course Cost:

EUR 275.-
EUR 250.- with registration until 22. Sept. 2019
EUR 250.- (per person) with at least two people registering together
EUR 235.- with completed HH or VOLT Training, or as a 5Rhythms Teacher.

Payment:

With the registration a prepayment of 50 € per person is due, payable by bank transfer. If desired, you can also pay the full amount in advance.
